I added another rule to the 2nd ip address, told it 4570, edited the files... I *think* it registered,  but no biggie... I was able to connect one to the other, so semi-success... but not getting a 'heart-beat' on the URIx, yet. 
I am probably going to drop the ASL 1.01 image in favor of the RAT_RAC(sp?) image on the RPi3B.

Thanks for confirming my fears, guys.  I used the new ASL 1.01 image.
I think the install scripts need a bit of tweeking, yet, but Steve's
on the right track.
A little manual editing got most of the software working.  The rest of
it networking schtuph and, as I said... I'll just wait to get it where
it's going to get that working.
