Chan_voter is in ACID by default. Docs for voter.conf are on the micro-node.com web site.

I erred when I wrote that we are voting. We are NOT voting but plan to simulcast. We’ve been told that we need to sync the repeaters with GPS, which suggests that we should just vote anyway.
 
But we still need the files chan_voter and voter.conf thaat we are unable to locate.

Are these files in the ACID distro or obtained elsewhere? We are voting but will be simulcasting. Once we have the files how are they installed?
