Have you tried the following:

cd /etc/asterisk

wget https://github.com/N4IRS/AllStar/raw/master/configs/dnsmgr.conf

restart asterisk

Did you restart asterisk or simply reboot the Pi2?

That's all you need to do, it does the rest upon the reboot and resolves any DNS issues.
