I assume you mean you want the COR to be low
true and the PTT to be high true?? If so:

pp2=ptt
pp10=cor

carrierfrom=ppinvert
invertptt=yes

If you want the PTT to be low true (which is
likely, I guess), just eliminate the invertptt=yes).
