My repeater hangs in transmit whenever my remote node (simplex ) radio loses power, the sim,plex node is connected to an RTCM.

 

I have tried several commands to disconnect the Node to npo avail.  I end up shutting my Allstar server off until the remote node power is is restored.

 

Just to clarify what is happening at the remote node, the simplex radio loses power NOT the RTCM.....
