I seem to have "poo-ed" non-GPS-locked operation of the Voter/RTCM firmware, while
vastly improving GPS-locked operation.

I will fix this shortly, but whatever you do, don't upgrade to the latest, unless you happen to want
some real peace and quiet on your radio channel :-) :-).
