last i checked, dave cameron (who has not open-sourced IRLP, since it is the basis for a commercial product he sells...) does NOT want allstar interconnected to his network, and deletes the registrations of any non-irlp gateways he becomes aware of.

He asked (demanded?) that Jim delete the code that enabled it back in ‘10 or ‘11, IIRC, so, unless things have changed on his side, it is not officially supported, and you are on your own (regardless of what other forked versions of allstar are doing).

If you want the official answer, I’d suggest you contact the owner of the IRLP code for his take on interconnecting IRLP to other linking networks.
