In the ACID documentation they detail how to setup an ICOM IC-706.
IC-7000 should work as well.
That does 160-6m plus 2m and 440 MHz
From the documentation it looks straight forward but you will need a URI for the audio, PTT and COR and will need a serial port plus a CI-V interface for the frequency control.
