I dont think it does anything. It was probably something that scott put in it
originially with something in mind and never did anything with it.

Hello Everyone,

I was looking through my echolink.conf and I was wondering if anyone could enlighten me on what the recfile= does? Is it like a welcome message? I have a few custom recordings and would like to do a welcome message when people connect via echolink.
