Under Perform Certificates revocation on
Check "Do Not Check"

If you look in the URL bar on the left side (if you have not re-arranged things) you should see a plug-in icon (looks like a lego block).
Click the plug-in icon and you should be able to get a menu to enable for the site.

OR
Check the help pages for your browser (online support).

If you don't yield anything, you might try finding all instances of allstarlink.org in your windows registry and delete them (last resort).

This is a browser issue:

Because of various security problems, you need to enable java and may need to specifically enable it per website.

Check your browsers help page.
