OK, one more install problem that&#39;s got me pulling my hair out...<br><br>I&#39;m doing a fresh reinstall from scratch and I suddenly find the install going<br>into a endless loop of the &quot;Phase 2 Post Install&quot; then rebooting ad infinitum.<br>
