First a big thank you to those that helped get my URIx module to key the repeater transmitter and allow audio to pass through.
Meanwhile...  somewhere it has lost the CTCSS (PL) input requirement or in other words, it is now a carrier squelch repeater.  
Is there a setting to re-enable the CTCSS (PL) logic?     Manually grounding the CTCSS input does not key the system but grounding the COS input does blow squelch noise through just fine.
