It isn’t ideal since we really wanted RF links. But then again we can make a private network with Ubiquity. Or not. One site is 70 miles away. Let’s try a different approach. Is it possible to setup a remote base connected to an Arcom and TX the WX receiver through?

Could you use an Arduino with ethernet, and stream it as IP data? Well, Arduino, or similar, I've been working with mBed boards a bit lately.

You can't use a repeater controller with voting/simulcasting for a couple of reasons. The voter sends the RX signals to the host computer where the best one is selected and sent to the transmitters. Obviously you can't have a repeat path thru your controller and do any voting. Next reason is the RTCMs need unsquelched discriminator audio.
