With the newest version just enter
rpt reload
At the asterisk command prompt.
Also another way at the Linux shell enter
service asterisk restart
For older versions the rpt reload might not work.
I just changed my config file. I want to restart Asterisk so it will read the new config file. What is the command for this?Thanks!73Jim W7RY
