Has anyone gotten these settings to work ?

 

irplann = 0                        ; Default: 1 = Play irlp connect and disconnect announcements

                                   ; 0 = Disable irlp connect and disconnect announcements

 

eannmode = 0                       ; 0 = do not announce Echolink nodes at all,

                                   ; 1 = announce only the node number (Allstar-translated),

                                   ; 2 = announce only the call of the echolink station,

                                   ; 3 = announce both
