The upstream Internet provider (AT&T) is having a major, region wide outage that started about 2PM EDT on Tuesday and is still down.

AT&T reports a major fiber cut near Greensboro, NC, about 175 miles NW of Wilmington. They estimate that service will be restored by Wednesday afternoon

Image downloads will not work until this major outage is fixed.
