To answer your question, yes.  I have the rpt.conf file with the following in the [nodes] stanza:

27161 = radio@127.0.0.1/27161,NONE
28054 = radio@127.0.0.1/28054,NONE
28071 = radio@127.0.0.1/28071,NONE

I have another server sitting here that I am trying to use as a standard.  This server I can connect to the other nodes on the same server.   I can even connect to all three nodes on the other server with the problem.

I know I am missing something simple.  Just don't know where. I don't think it is a NAT issue.  But I could be wrong.
