I installed webmin and created a backup schedule to backup essentials every night at midnight for all my nodes to a remote NAS.

So far, I have included the following

/etc

Anything else I should include?

PS for those that have never heard of webmin, I would encourage you to learn more at http://www.webmin.com/

Installation is easy..   

Download http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/webadmin/webmin-1.550-1.noarch.rpm

Then execute rpm -U webmin-1.550-1.noarch.rpm

It will install it in /usr/libexec/webmin and you simply login to the webinterface by doing a http://your.node.ip.address:1000

Login with your root login.
