If you fall for such thing.... there is no mislabeled radio's 

those are scam and you will have a cheap copy of an already cheap radio...

Main Trading Company, in Paris Texas has 500 of them to blow out at $25.95 per.

We received 500 pieces of these UV-82 Dual Band Baofengs. They are labeled as a UV-82DX 7 watt radio. They are mislabeled. This is a plain UV-82 5 Watt Radio, They are labeled as UV-82DX 7 watt radio. We are blowing them out. Save big
