We are working as fast as we can to deploy. But obstacles have been unavoidable. Nonetheless, our site vendor has offered us the ability to use his site-to-site microwave link and a VLAN. We intend on using the RTCM for voti9ng and simulcast. Our Motorola MSF 5000’s have the GPS modules already.

Does each RTCM require a unique IP or can it be referenced by a port number? Our control computer will be housed in my data center in Irvine and we need a gateway out of the VLAN to get to the control server.

I am thinking in terms of IRLP and I understand there are mostly differences. But I want a private connection between our sites but I also want to create a conference channel so that others might benefit.

How much bandwidth does each RTCM require?
