Have a issue getting PTT to work on the second Node

The recieve works fine but can not key the second Radio

The configuration is Two Nodes on one box using two usb FOB

And the Parallel Port for COS and PTT. I have Radio 1 using

Pin 3 PTT , Pin 10 COS Radio 2 Pin 2 PTT and Pin 11 COS

The first Radio works fine Recieve and Transmite The second radio

recieves ok but no PTT and ideas
