Whats the Best Way to approach Allstar with Remote capabilities, Using Apache Server HTTPD?

I use PUTTY as I dont need a GUI. However if you have XVNC server running, I suggest tunneling the vnc client thru the SSH connection. WINSCP is good too if you are the type of person that has to have a visual on all you do remotely.

P.S Make sure you dont use the default ssh port, Change it

I use WinSCP from my Windows laptop after I enter through a VPN to the site.
I can edit, manipulate files, upload and download with little overhead on
the Linux box. If I am on site I just use WinSCP direct. on Ethernet inside
the firewall. WinSCP integrates as an explorer like GUI interface from Linux
SSH command line access..  almost as easy at manipulating files on a Windows
box locally..

SSH (SCP) is your one and only friend.

I know how to use WinSCP in House but how do I connect through my VPN to the outside World for a Remote Allstar?
There's Clearly something simple I'm missing.

In my case I have an OpenVPN service running on the firewall of my remote
site. I VPN into it from wherever I am with OpenVPN client.. then open
WinSCP on the internal machine using its local address behind the firewall..

In particular I like Untangle Firewall ( free version) but getting Allstar
in and out is kind of annoying, and the Allstar servers need to force the
Port as Untangle NAT's everything so reverse lookups get bothched up unless
manually fixed at allstar.
