Mine were trapped by spam filters at my internet provider when I looked…That was a while back.. but may be similar issue….

I have 2 ham friends who have requested passwords via the AllStar Link Portal sever days ago and then also resent their request and are still waiting, is it possible that the automated server that handles request is malfunching?
