Who's the admin of the website, now?
I tried to login (first time in about a year or so) and nothing works.

I've got RPi3's on my counter I want to try to configure...

The admin team is.

I tried to login (first time in about a year or so) and nothing works.

This gives nothing to go on and is likely why you don't see any response.
Describe the issue, "nothing works" is not a description. If it's a password
issue, did you try to reset your password by following the instructions?
