Some USB implementations just suck. Maybe try a different computer?

Both URI's on same usb buss, but this time it was the UHF repeater URI that failed.  Previously, it was the vhf simplex node that was 'sensitive'.

Shutting down and restarting asstorisk doesn't do it, but

does.
