From several on and off list suggestions, I tried this:

[root@PC3 ~]# chkconfig --list asterisk

asterisk 0:off 1:off 2:on 3:on 4:on 5:on 6:off

[root@PC3 ~]# chkconfig asterisk on

[root@PC3 ~]# chkconfig --list asterisk

asterisk 0:off 1:off 2:on 3:on 4:on 5:on 6:off

[root@PC3 ~]#

So 0 and 1 are off. Is that the way it should be?

Still no asterisk start from reboot.
