The problem is the map does not work on many browser configurations. I have tried Chrome, Explorer, and Firefox with no luck but a few others have had some success. In general it is a problem. I think probably the intent was to make you use the map to avoid errors. Since the map does not work well some can't enter the values.

You know, you're right, you can't enter them as I remember (I think I tried that also). At this point, you do not have to enter them to get your set-up.
Just go past that part of set-up and when things are working again, you can go back and enter them. It will not prevent you from continuing. At least it let me set-up my second server and get some new nodes without it.
Perhaps someone knows what's-up with the website/portal and can shed some light on when.
