I downloaded Allstar Link's DIAL iso from their site. I used FreeISO to burn the ISO to a finalized CD. The computer has WinXP installed. Set BIOS to boot first from USB_CDROM.  

Rebooted

First screen is black with "Isolinux 6.03 20150107 ETCD Copyright 1994-2014"

Blinking cursor at start of next line.

NOTHING MORE!!!!

FIXES????
