Double click speaker in windows system tray to see the audio mixer,
Check the level of "WAV" sounds in the mixer.
My only thought.

I seem to still have full iaxRpt functionality, connecting nodes, activating dtmf commands on the nodes,, seeing the audio level on the iaxRpt SPK green bar, but it has stopped coming out of my computer speakers. Any ideas?
