This Mailman list will become read only on October 1, 2019. The new list runs on Discourse and is located at https://community.allstarlink.org
Discourse is gaining wide adoption across the internet with usage by companies such as Asterisk and Docker. There are tons of features in Discourse. To list only a few wouldn’t be a fair summary of the reasons we’re moving. Those will become apparent over time and subsequent posts. But there are a couple of important implementation items to note immediately.
- Create a Community account with your current Mailman email address. See https://community.allstarlink.org/faq#signup for details.
- You only need to logon once to activate your email. From then on you can use the forum in maillist mode if you prefer.
- The Mailman archives are included and searchable within the AllStarLink Community forum.
- You may migrate to Community at any time before or after the October 1, 2019 cutover date.
