These were connecting fine earlier in the day and I'm lost as to why
these two nodes cannot connect.

1999 reports:

WARNING[8067]: chan_iax2.c:9221 socket_process: Call rejected by
192.168.1.202: No such context/extension

2360 reports:

NOTICE[6374]: chan_iax2.c:4071 __auto_congest: Auto-congesting call due
to slow response

in rpt.conf they both have lines under [nodes] that point to each other.

They can ping each other.

I hate to say it but I'm lost on this one...
