I've been attempting to recover access to the allstarlink site to update my email. My old password no longer works and when I attempt to use the "Forgot Password" page to recover it, I do not receive the promissed email at my old (recognized) and still fuctional for other correspondence, address... Yes, it is a Yahoo email. So how do I recover or aquire a new PW to get this set right? BTW without a password, the site will not allow me to send a message to the admin... That's why the post here.
