Awesome!!  I just installed this update on a node that was known to have hot IRLP audio.  Using the new level adjustments I was able to make his IRLP audio sound just as great as his Asterisk->Asterisk audio.

Adjustable gains for irlp and echolink in rpt.conf node stanza. Testing
required to see if it resolves Mantis bug 0000001. Key values for
rpt.conf follow (which are also the defaults):

itxgain=10                       ; IRLP transmit gain adjustment

Unfortunately, the varying audio level problem is still not resolved.
