Would the CHAN_Pi support a GPIO -Based sound card? I would love to see support for a GPIO-Based Sound card, not USB.

It would be great to be able to add analog compatibility with all of these multimode digital hotspots, but they are GPIO based, and it would be awkward to wire a USB sound card.

It is a raspberry pi specific driver for gpio.

I believe it also does a few other things too.
