I am a little confused by the labels so is this pinout correct?

RTCM  ---  GPS

GRX  ----- TXD

GPPS ----

GND ------ GND

+5V   ----- Input Voltage

GTX  ----- RCV

RST  -----

Is this correct? There is also a "measurement Pulse Output" wire, but I don't know what to do with that.
