Could the system be getting put into “bulletin mode” somehow?  (Control state 1 in the sample rpt config)

It rejects external linking and some other things when in that mode.

Hey Tim,

I tried this using CLI to ensure it was not a DTMF issue etc.  Same issue.

Odd thing is that it is working now.. This happens from time to time for no reason and if I reboot the box it starts to work again most of the time..

At the moment it is working fine. Next time it happens, I will do some more digging.
