Hello Torbin,

I saw this on a couple websites but there are several different hardware versions of this exact unit and finding a working linux driver would be difficult.  I opted to use the Web Control unit that Mike mentioned.  Gives me more options.

There are bits available on the DMK but I don't think there is any implementation of them in app_rpt? I suppose one could write code to do it but there are easier already implemented ways.

What I use to measure temperature is the one wire interface. It is supported in Linux. You need a one wire to USB adapter and the temperature sensors are single chip and can be daisy chained over a fairly long distance. The sensors are cheap. You could put together a single sensor system for less than $30 and most of that would be the adapter.

Group,

Does anyone know if it is possible to measure sensors like temperature, battery voltage, and S readings remotely using the URIs GPIO pins?  My air conditioner in my cabinet at the repeater site decided to freeze up making it very hot in the cabinet.  Would like to be able to monitor it.

Another option is to plug something in to the USB port to monitor temperature and have the node able to notify if it falls outside the parameters set.  Has anyone done this?
