I am trying to get a Single RTCM with no GPS to work in simple mode. Does there need to be a gps for a timing source even if I am not using the voting function at all?

I am getting this error in asterisks-

WARNING[2368]: chan_voter.c:4511 voter_reader: Voter client master timing source mobile1 attempting to authenticate as mix client!!
