One of many ways is to put all the low power devices inside of a cardboard box.

If you have access to a peltier (sometimes called a TEC) cooler through the box with heat sinks (can use old cpu heatsinks) and fans on each side, you can use that to heat inside the box if you use a thermostat control to keep it from getting to hot. You can also put a 9-13watt 12v CFL light inside the box is a safer option but you will probably have as much money in each.

I have used these methods and many more (at higher costs) but others many have a cheaper/easier method so don't be in a hurry.

I went up on the mountain Wednesday morning. The repeater was powered up as well as the BBB. No action from the repeater.
Any thoughts on low power way to keep the BBB and the URI warm ? I can use 12vdc
