You might give us a bit more info...
Did the extension ever work from radio? ... Meaning it had been correctly set-up at one time and functioned.

It appears that the extension is not found by the dial plan.
No pointer in extensions.conf and/or matching ext/stanza to sip. Type error?
Radio to sip, and sip to radio, are not the same thing when routing.

It is hard to say just from the error string you sent

Hello all.. I am getting this error when i am trying to dial from the radio to a local PBX extension on Xipar.. Anyone know where to start?
