I have been unable to log-in a brandmeister for a few months.

But at the same time, I am unable to reset the password via email.

Goes through the steps but I get no email for the password reset. I am
not using spam catcher on my email servers.

Any ideas for a next step ?

You do not need a password to unsubscribe, you can do it via email confirmation. If you have trouble unsubscribing, please send a message to the list detailing the problem.
