Minor point – when I run the “bulletin” control state shown in the example

1 = rptena,lnkena,apdis,totdis,ufena,noice  ; Net and news operation

I got two things that I did not expect:

1) It still plays the timeout message, but of course it does not actually time out and stop transmitting

2) A user was able to connect (on echolink) – is this considered an “incoming connection”?
