Tim's not being heavy-handed. Just guiding us back to the conversation

No Allison, no courtesy tones, no tail-messages, no -nothing- (save ID)
and (bonus) no hangtime?
My UHF repeater is a Motorola R-100 (backyard repeater) with DCS tone
access. I'm trying to get the tail as short as possible. Wait-times
have been set to 0, as well as hangtime, but there's still a 'tail'...
