Without knowing your exact set-up to tell you exactly how,
I can tell you how to go about it.
You need to define both repeaters. Thats not a problem, instruction are in app_rpt
Define 2 trunks in asterisk
Define a separate outbound route for each of the auto-patches, but each to its own trunk.
Associate the correct autopatch to the correct outbound route.
Remember that everything in asterisk is done by association.
Check the asterisk manual.

Any way to make the above work? Would like to have 2 repeaters controlled by 1 computer have 2 separate auto patches. So when repeater A does a *6 it only brings up the auto patch on Repeater A .. and Repeater B the same way..
Thoughts?
