Looks good to me. According to the documentation on your link, it will provide you with the 3 required NEMA sentences

$GPGSV (to determine satellites in view)

$GPRMC (to determine time of day)

$GPGGA (to determine position, lock status)

Does the repeater or transmitter you are going to use how an input for the 100hz?
