Here's the updated list:
  1. modprobe pciradio
  2. Renamed zaptel.conf to /etc/dahdi/system.conf
  3. Renamed zapata.conf to /etc/asterisk/chan_dahdi.conf
  4. dahdi_cfg -vv
  5. Copy rpt.conf and updated rxchannel= from zap/ to DAHDI/
  6. Copy extensions.conf and iax.conf from ACID.

Looks good, but zapata.conf will be dahdi.conf.  What

I use this for rxchannel:
rxchannel = DAHDI/1

What errors do you get?
