I just tried explorer 10, FF 25.0.1, and Chrome 31.0.1650.57
and none display the map. Just blank space and clicking there does
nothing so the map is not there.

Is it a google map?

For me, I discovered the applet only works for Internet Explorer. It did NOT work for my Firefox. Once I used IE, I was able to access the map function and get to the coordinates. YMMV.
