There are probably a million different ways to do this, but has anyone headed down a road where some form of module, script, process, etc was created that could - a) watch the NOAA site, looking for warnings for your location; b) when one is found, TTS warning or use an already existing one that would create some form of an emergency message that could be sent out on some preconfigured node numbers?

I don't want just general weather on some interval, I want warning/watch notification?
