That url is a referrer to the public svn repository which moved recently. Jim has to fix the referrer on allstarlink.org, but for now you can go directly to the source and get download the tarball from there: http://app-rpt-svn.ohnosec.org/viewvc/projects/allstar/astsrc-1.4.23-pre/trunk/?root=svn&view=tar Even though the move tho the new server is now complete, the domain names are still in the process of being tweaked on the new server and will likely change again once I have decided on a good naming scheme.
