Need to know your IP address. Can you please post that too? -- Bryan Fields 727-409-1194 - Voice http://bryanfields.net
It seems that the only node I can connect with is 47288. If I try others I can't connect. Any suggestions? 73 N2DYN Angelo -----Original Message----- From: App_rpt-users <app_rpt-users-bounces@lists.allstarlink.org> On Behalf Of John Griffith Sent: Tuesday, August 14, 2018 2:02 PM To: 'Users of Asterisk app_rpt' <app_rpt-users@lists.allstarlink.org> Subject: [App_rpt-users] Not working for me yet Greetings. John, we will need to know the IP address that the node is using. You may email to helpdesk@allstarlink.org if you wish to keep you public IP address from being common knowledge. You can use the DIG command from the command line user@debian9:~ $ dig +short myip.opendns.com @resolver1.opendns.com to resolve the pubic IP the node is using. I apologize for veering off topic here, but "curl http://checkip.amazonaws.com/" is another favorite of mine for checking public IP address of a server / headless system. Just SSH in and paste that into the shell. Tom KD7LXL
We got the IP thank you. Been getting some private help, but will post back if needed. Real head scratcher. I didn’t see my post from earlier, so here it is again. Thank you all for your help, found out my router was at fault and its configuration needed to be refreshed.
